[RESOLVED] - SOFTSERVHV1 Maintenance

This server was not required to be rebooted since we fixed backup issue online.

Dear Customer

We have scheduled a maintenance window of 1 hour on 8th May, 2010 at 20:00 MDT for this server since there are few critical OS updates that are required to be applied in order to ensure smooth backup process.

We're going to attempt to install a VSS Hotfix from Microsoft (KB940349), which will hopefully resolve the CDP backup issues that we are facing on this host machines at the moment.

During this period, all VPS will be shut down gracelfully and restarted once host machine is back up.

You can view your hosting space name in DotNetPanel (VPS Management) to detect whether you will be affected by this (Space name appended with HV1 will be affected).

We'll keep this announcement thread updated with progress of this issue.
