Dear Customers

We'd be performing RAM upgrade on one our shared web server (SOFTSERV7) in order to improve performance and scalability for upgrades. Below are details of this task:

Date/Time: 18th June, 2010 (Friday) at 20:00 MDT
Maintenance Window: 20 minutes
Impact: Websites hosted on this server will not be accessible during this period
Customers Impacted: You can find out whether your website is on this server by logging into your DotNetPanel account and checking the hosting space name. If it ends with 'serv7', your website is on this server. Please note that database/email/dns services will remain operational since they are on separate servers.

Thank you for your co-operation. We will update this announcement as soon as we start the maintenance task.
